Terms of Service
Last updated August 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of ClipMe, operated by CLIPME LLC (Miami, Florida, USA). By joining the waitlist or using the product, you agree to them.
What ClipMe is right now
ClipMe is an invite-gated beta. It watches a live stream or a VOD from Kick, Twitch, or YouTube, finds the moments most likely to perform, and cuts them into short vertical clips. During the beta it is free. There are no paid plans, so there is nothing to bill, cancel, or refund; when paid plans launch, we will publish billing terms before charging anyone.
You own your clips
You own your stream, and you own the clips ClipMe produces from it. We do not claim ownership of your content. We need a narrow licence to actually run the service — to download, process, store, and deliver your footage back to you — and that licence exists only for that purpose and ends when you delete the content or your account.
We may ask permission to feature a clip in our marketing. We will ask first, every time, and no is a complete answer.
What you may submit
Submit content you own or are authorised to use. Do not use ClipMe to process someone else's stream without their permission, and do not submit content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, or that you obtained by circumventing another platform's access controls.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platform your stream lives on. ClipMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kick, Twitch, or YouTube.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not resell it as your own; do not use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Beta reality
This is beta software. It will sometimes be slow, sometimes be wrong about which moment was the good one, and sometimes be offline. We do not offer an uptime guarantee during the beta, and clips are not a substitute for your own recordings — keep your VODs.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, CLIPME LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using ClipMe whenever you want and ask us to delete your data by emailing info@clipme.com. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the beta.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email people on the list rather than quietly editing this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions go to info@clipme.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
