What counts as a stream?
One broadcast on Kick, Twitch or YouTube — clipped live while it runs or from its VOD afterwards — or a file you drop in. We clip the whole thing in one pass and it counts as a single stream against your monthly allowance, up to your plan's length limit: 13 hours each on Pro, no limit on Studio.
Why streams per month instead of minutes?
Because you're a streamer, not a podcaster. A 13-hour IRL marathon shouldn't burn the same as ten short uploads. Per-minute tools punish long streams — per-stream pricing means your longest stream costs exactly the same as your shortest.
What happens to my clips?
On Pro and Studio your clips are stored permanently — they never disappear. Starter keeps clips for 7 days. Re-render or re-download anytime while they're live.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. No contracts, no clip-deletion penalties.
My card was declined — what do I do?
Most declines on Pro or Studio happen because a VPN puts your connection in a different country than your card's billing address, which your bank's fraud check flags automatically — common for streamers. Turn off any VPN and try again, try a different card, or contact your bank directly; they can tell you why a specific charge was blocked. Still stuck?
