Verdict
If you stream on two or three of these platforms and want one tool and one workflow, the matrix has two full rows. If you can wait for the VOD, Eklipse covers all three post-stream and is the most automated on gameplay — but budget for Premium if Kick is one of your platforms.
The cells to distrust are the URL-import ones: they work, and they put every platform on the same post-VOD clock.
