Founder & CEO, ClipMe

Samuel Segers is an American entrepreneur and digital marketer, and the founder and CEO of ClipMe, an AI-powered clipping platform that turns live Kick, Twitch, and YouTube streams into short-form clips automatically. He founded ClipMe in May 2026 in Miami, Florida, where the company (CLIPME LLC) is headquartered.

Before ClipMe, Segers spent five years in performance marketing — most recently as founder of The Social Agents, a digital marketing agency he started in 2024. In just over two years the agency generated more than $20 million in sales revenue for clients and managed over $500,000 in paid advertising spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Segers started ClipMe after watching streamers lose their best moments to hours of unwatched VODs. ClipMe's live clipping engine scores streams in real time — chat velocity and 17 other proprietary signals — so creators get their highlights minutes after they happen, not days later.

He builds in public and streams on Kick himself — part of a new generation of AI-native founders shipping software that does for creators what agencies and clip armies used to charge for. In 2026 he published the first open Kick clip-yield dataset (CC BY 4.0) on Hugging Face, free for researchers and builders.

Born and raised in the United States, Segers is of Black and Puerto Rican heritage. He is based in Miami, Florida.
