Samuel Segers

Founder & CEO, ClipMe

Samuel Segers is an American entrepreneur and digital marketer, and the founder and CEO of ClipMe, an AI-powered clipping platform that turns live Kick, Twitch, and YouTube streams into short-form clips automatically. He founded ClipMe in Miami, Florida, where the company (CLIPME LLC) is headquartered.

Before ClipMe, Segers built his career in performance marketing as the founder of The Social Agents, a digital marketing agency. Over his agency career he has generated more than $20 million in sales revenue for clients and managed over $500,000 in paid advertising spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Segers started ClipMe after watching streamers lose their best moments to hours of unwatched VODs. ClipMe's live clipping engine scores streams in real time — chat velocity, audio spikes, and 16 other signals — so creators get their highlights minutes after they happen, not days later.

He is based in Miami, Florida.
