StreamLadder's own page states ~5 minutes to analyze a 2-hour stream (~2.5 min per hour); Cut.pro publishes 10–15 minutes per 3-hour stream (3.3–5); Submagic publishes 10–25 minutes per video with a 30-minute cap. OpusClip, Eklipse and most others publish no rate.

"Fast" is meaningless as a total. Fifty clips in five minutes and fifteen clips in fifteen minutes cannot be compared until you know how long the source was. The number that can be compared is a rate — minutes of processing per hour of stream — and most of this category does not publish one.

Verdict

On the one axis where two vendors have both committed to a number, ClipMe is roughly seven to ten times faster than Cut.pro and about five times faster than StreamLadder's own figure — and of the three numbers, ClipMe's is the measured one rather than a marketing figure. Everyone else has declined to publish a rate, which is itself informative.

If a vendor will not give you minutes per stream-hour, ask why. It is a one-line answer for anyone who has measured it.
